Bugs, feature requests and questions about behaviour are better as issues on sgomez-dev/claude-canvas ↗ than as email. They get answered in public, where the next person with the same problem can find the answer, and a bug report attached to a commit is worth more than one attached to an inbox.

If you are reporting something that looks like a bug, the useful details are your operating system, your terminal, whether you were inside tmux or Windows Terminal, and what canvas env prints — that last one reports the pane host and the image tier the plugin detected, which is usually where the answer is.

What this is not

There is no support contract, no service-level agreement and no paid tier. claude-canvas is an MIT-licensed side project: it is maintained attentively, but on a best-effort basis, and it is worth saying so plainly rather than implying a guarantee that does not exist.
